GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Non-extendable validity. The gift voucher does not grant the right to access a table/room/SPA session without a prior reservation. If the gift voucher includes a hotel night or an SPA session, the reservation must be made via email at hotel@esperitroca.com. For combined hotel and restaurant vouchers, please note that restaurant reservations are accepted up to 90 days in advance. If the gift voucher is exclusively for a meal at the Esperit Roca restaurant, the reservation must be made through the booking system on our website. Please do not forget to provide the code of your gift voucher.

Special cancellation conditions for confirmed reservations including SPA: changes of date will not be allowed within 48 hours of the reservation, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the cancellation of the entire voucher.
